Meridian Energy Techniques – a Powerful and Efficient Therapy of Energetic Psychology

by Shambala Cornelia Wegner

9:00 a.m. – midday

According to MET all negative emotions are caused by an energetic block in the energy system of the body (meridians). By keeping the focus on the emotion and smooth tapping of specific meridian points these blocks can be disolved quickly and permanently.

Harmony, calmness, relaxation and serenity are the result of a natural energy flow in the meridians. MET is highly efficient in cases of stress, fear, anxiety, fobias, anger, frustration, feelings of shame and guilt, sadness, sleeping disorders, burn-out, trauma and addiction. MET is not only a fantastic therapy but also ideal for self treatment.

During the half day workshop Shambala Wegner will present an introduction to MET and do some live demonstrations on participants, as well as a group treatment. Everyone can benefit from this workshop and get rid of some fear or psychological burden. It works instantly.

Optimizing Business Performance

by Anna Bjurstam

9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

In the year 2009, profitability of high-end spas in the US varied from -9% to +64%, while profits in the rest of the world varied from -108% to +77%. This clearly shows that for some reason a number of spas are highly profitable while others aren’t, even when many aspects are the same. So what makes some spas successful and others not?

A spa cannot be treated like any other business and the ways to maximise its profitability are therefore unique, for in no other business does a customer disrobe, then allow themselves to be touched by a stranger who often cannot even speak to them in the same language.

In this interactive session Ms Bjurstam will look at performance indicators that will help maximise spa profitability with regards to both soft and hard values, as well as the financial and non-financial aspects. She will provide a number of concrete tools and actions that can help make spa businesses more profitable.

Sustainably Valuing the Water of Life

by Hans-Peter Kuhl

9 a.m. to midday

Water is the essence of all life. In this seminar we will explore aspects of the significance of water for the individual and in general. How can the water inside the body be transformed into a source of healing? How can an awareness of the sense of water in a spa be awakened and deepened? For example, a spa is a place which allows one to journey inward…
Finally, how can the economic value of water be enhanced – and not least its ecological image?

Personal Transformation: Integral Deep Listening (IDL)
