Michael has over 10 years experience in export sales and marketing, managing major spa construction and commercial development projects in the UK and throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. As well as strategy and administration, he is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with key suppliers and spa operators.
Mary Elizabeth Bondu is International Development Director of Hydrotherm and has worked in international marketing and export management for leading global cosmetic brands throughout Europe, the United States, Asia and Latin America. An expert in new product development and merchandising, she recommends innovative solutions for enhancing the spa experience and maximizing retail sales potential, including selecting professional beauty treatments and creating product ranges. She is fluent in French and English.
